Garden Assessment—Planting, Pruning, & Weeding

Gardeners are the masters of our landscapes, at least we are in our imagination. We decide the life and death of many lifeforms based on the plants we encourage and those we attempt to eliminate. We aim to create a pleasant and useful habitat for people and other living things by using the conscious labor of our hands and tools. As we approach our gardens for work, let us intentionally practice garden assessment.

Class fee includes handouts, labs, and focus on your garden’s assessment. Bring your hand tools, hat, insect repellent, and list of your garden’s issues. Bring your lunch.

Full refunds will be given upon request up to one month before the start of class. Students requesting a refund between a month and two weeks before the beginning of class will receive a 50% refund. No refunds within two weeks of class date.

Class size minimum is one student, maximum is 3. Registration is required. Go to https://www.ticketleap.events/tickets/ozarkfolkcenter/garden-assessment-planting-pruning-weeding-245939022 to register or for more information.
