Hiking Rocks! Hike

Join a park interpreter on the 0.8-mile Lake Sylvia Loop Trail to explore the area's interesting geology. Learn about the fascinating rocks and minerals found along the trail through the lens of a stereo microscope! This trail is mostly moderate with a short incline halfway through but finishes downhill. The hike will be taken at a slow pace to explore the areas geology. Make sure to bring water and wear good hiking shoes.
